What if I don't like your design?

Our services include a collaborative process that ensures you are 100% satisfied with the end result. We listen to what you want and design accordingly. Then, you get numerous opportunities for revisions.

 

What if I already have a domain name?

That's fine. You can use your domain name with our web design service. Later if you want to transfer your domain to us, you can save the annual renewal fees because we include domain names for free as part of our services.

 

What if I don't have a business logo?

We suggest you get a logo for your business. We offer logo design from $45 if you're interested, or you can use anyone else to design a logo for you.

 

Do you offer support after you finish designing my website?

Absolutely. We provide ongoing support and assistance to our clients. We do sleep a little, but outside of that we're here practically 24/7 to assist you with anything website related.

 

Can I make changes myself?
Absolutely. Once we are completely finished with your web design, we turn the account over to you. You, or anyone you give access to, can login and make changes to your site easily.

How will you decide what to post?

Once we get your order, we assign a team manager to your account. They begin by researching your business and acquiring important information on your competitors and target audience. Your manager will use this information to understand what content will benefit your business best.
 

Will I still have access to post on my accounts?

Yes! You are free to continue posting and managing your accounts however you'd like.
 

What should I do when I have new products or specials that I want to promote?

You can email this and any other information or instructions you want to your team manager anytime. They'll be happy to assist you in handling any new products or specials.


Who will be posting on my social media accounts?
We utilize qualified, experienced and professional U.S. citizens based in California to create and manage the social media setups and postings for our customers. They each spend hours online looking for relevant content so they can connect with your specific businesses’ audience.


Is a contract required?

There is a short agreement we both need to sign to ensure we both clearly understand our obligations to you (performing the work promised) and your obligations to us (paying for the services provided). You're free to walk away at any time, as long as your obligations have been met.

 

Do I get to review the posts before they go live?

We offer the ability to review posts before they go live in our $148/month package. The post review process doubles, and often triples, the time involved in getting the posts live. Therefore, we have to raise the monthly price for it. We post for hundreds of businesses every day, and 95% of them trust us with their content. Maybe this will help you decide which package you'd like to purchase.
 

What about Instagram and Pinterest?

Our Instagram package is our hottest seller. Since it generally requires a unique strategy, we sell it separately for $78/month. The same applies with Pinterest.
